Hooray! Huzzah! 10 000 views! DO YOU LOVE ME NOW INTERNET? Really though, this is pretty exciting and fun for me, because not only am I a big fan of awesome numbers, I love when they are huge awesome numbers and somehow apply to me. For example, I would be almost as thrilled if I got a score of 10 000 in golf. Come on, that'd just be awesome. But on top of this, it means that 10 000 people at least have seen my work, and that is just a wonderful thing to think about. It inspires me to keep chipping away at my skills to refine and focus them so I can continue to pour my imagination into the world, to actualize it as much as I possibly can.

Thanks to everyone who helped to get me to where I am today: to my mates who enjoy drawing I especially thank because being in a group and doing something is most often more fun than going it alone; to you folk here on dA for being so supportive and fun I thank also because you guys rock and make it exciting to post more stuff; to my especially close friends and family I give my most heartfelt gratitude, because without your constant support my head wouldn't be big enough to support my MASSIVELY TALENTED BRAIN... Heh heh, really though, thanks guys... you're all very special to me and have added something unique and interesting to my life. You all officially rock my socks.

I HAVE A RIDDLE FOR THEE.
WHAT... is the average velocity of a-I mean... Should I do a massive sketch dump of all of the jazz I've been doodling over the past while in one big piece or should I do lots of little pieces so picking and choosing is an option? Personally I'm angled toward the second one but not only am I looking for time wasting, I also value the opinions of those few who might actually respond to this.

Also... MINECRAFT. There, I said it. You should say it too. Go on, it's therapeutic. Seriously though... crazy addictive... please, do share any tales of interest with me. I can dig it, funky brother.

First of all, hiya!

Second of all, I'm very sad that that Fakemon tournament fell through... I was quite looking forward to that...

Thirdly, main orders of business. I've got heaps of stuff I've been meaning to clean up and upload, but I'd like to ponder briefly on why.

Why do I, personally, want to upload my art to an online source to have people gawk and judge it? Many reasons apparently, I have discovered. The obvious one is to have a back up in case all of my stuff suddenly jumps 5 minutes into my own relative future... meaning I would never get to it... because it would always be 5 minutes out of reach... time travel aside, I also enjoy the attention my work receives. Yes, I'll admit it, when someone fav's one of my pieces, it makes me feel big and important, and I think that's a good thing. Not by itself maybe, but as an added bonus I think it rocks. I also enjoy imagining that I am writing this to my millions of adoring fans... buuuuuut, I imagine there are only about 2 or 3 people who really watch my site, oft times because I tell them to. But I love them just as if they were the swarming hordes, because they support me. That's another good reason, support. It's nice to hear every now and then that you're on the right track. Also, inspiration. Seeing what people think of your work inspires you to go make more of it. And finally, the big whopper, perhaps my favourite and potentially most legitimate reason for being here, this site helps me to improve my art. As in, the art of art. It helps me in my creative process, it makes me work harder on my skills and in place of some sort of art course itself, it gets me to practice my unrefined skills and sharpen them into something that, sometimes, I feel I can be very proud of. My congratulations if you managed your way through that one.

On that note though, I would like to say that I have decided I really want to improve my quality of work and as such will probably only be uploading the pieces I deem to be truly worthy or of some worth educationally... or something. So, yeah.

So, apparently I'm meant to give a quick profile of me... or moreover, Poké-me, for this F1 Tourney I'm entering. I've pondered over this a LOT, so I guess a brief intro couldn't hurt.

Name:
Well, as they TECHNICALLY don't ask for name, I think I'll just leave it as APD for now.

Home Region:
Well, I'd like to say Kanto. I'd lived there as a wee child and that's where I got my first glimpse of a Cubone (rocking my socks that is), but I'm now situated in a cosey lil' place in Sinnoh. I'll probs move to Johto soon, if not just for a lil' while.

Battle Style:
Hah hah, well, I suppose that depends on who I'm using, doesn't it? If I'm using Captain (my shiny Ditto), I imagine I use a similar technique to the opponent and just hope to outlast him. If I'm using Magnezone (that's my Magnezone for those playing at home), I tend to shock them into submission with Thunder Wave, and then use my uber-accuracy to Thunder them out of the ring. I suppose, given Aojitsu's particular fighting style (ATTACK ATTACK ATTACK), I imagine I'll be using a fairly attack based style to suit that. Of course, I like to be a little bit tricky with HOW I'll be attacking.

Personality:
Well, I'm a bit of a joker... not a good one, just a bit of one... and moreover I'm a thinker. I think a LOT. So I'll often be pondering about what to do next or what's worth doing at all. I do so enjoy playing with my Pokémon and teaching them tricks. I'm a bit of collector, so if I find something interesting or unique, I tend to gravitate toward it. I like to think I'm a bit of an old soul and a soft touch, but hey, that's not really for me to decide, is it? Oh, and I'm very strict when it comes to moral matters.

Height:
Oh... I've never really measured myself... uhh... lemme go check... there... let's see... okay. I'm about 173 cm, that's 1m 73cm.

Likes/Dislikes:
I like - monkeys, candy, cheese, Cubones, doodling, training, legends, collecting unique things (not particularly rare, just unique)

I dislike - Fighting for the wrong reasons, stepping in things, stepping ON things, pointless damage, betrayal, immoral acts, injustice

Miscellaneous:
I love my hair. I tend to it frequently. It is ALWAYS hot. Always.
